Policies
The deposit paid will be applied toward your payment on the day of your photoshoot. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. To retain your deposit, we recommend rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
Please be advised that appointments may only be rescheduled up to two (2) times. Any additional reschedule requests will result in the appointment being automatically canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Appointments
Appointments are encouraged but not required. Guests with appointments are prioritized, while walk-ins are first-come, first-served. Please be sure to call before walking in to ensure you come in before our cut off time.
